PERMANENCE IN CHRIST

"Whatever your losses have been or may be, you enjoy present salvation. You are standing at the foot of HIS cross, trusting alone in the merit of Jesus' precious blood, and no rise or fall of the markets can interfere with your salvation in Him; no breaking of banks, no failures and bankruptcies can touch that.

예수안에 있는 영속성

"잃은 것들이 여지껏 무엇이었든지, 혹은 무엇을 잃게 될 건지 관계없이, 지금 가지고 있는 구원을 당신은 즐기고 있다. 주님의 십자가 밑에 서서 예수의 보혈의 가치만을 신뢰할 때면 오르고 내리는 시황은 주님안에 가지고 있는 당신의 구원을 해칠수 없으니 어떠한 은행폐쇄나 실패와 파산도 그를 건드릴 수 없다.

Then you are a child of God. God is your Father. No change of circumstances can ever rob you of that. Although by losses brought to poverty and stripped bare, you can say, 'He is my Father still. In my Father's house are many mansions; therefore will I not be troubled.' 그렇다면 당신은 하나님의 자녀다. 하나님이 당신의 아버지다. 어떠한 상황이라도 그사실을 뺏어 갈 수없다. 손실들로 해서 빈곤하게 되어 맨몸이 되드라도 "주님은 여전히 내 아버지다. 내 아버지의 집에는 많은 대 저택이있다; 그러니 나는 걱정이 없겠다." 고 말할 수 있다.
You have another permanent blessing, namely, the love of Jesus Christ. He who is God and man loves you with all the strength of His affectionate nature - nothing can affect that. The fig tree may not blossom, and the flocks may cease from the field; it matters not to the man who can sing, 'My Beloved is mine, and I am His.' 당신은 또 하나의 영속적 축복을 누리고  있으니, 예수 그리스도의 사랑이다. 하나님이며 동시에 사람인 그가 그의 따뜻한 성품에 따라 있는 힘 다하여 당신을 사랑할때 아무것도 그것을 해칠 수 없다. 비록 무화과 나무가 무성하지 않으며 양떼가 들에 있지 않게 될지라도; "나의 사랑하는 이는 내 것이요, 나는 그의 것이니" 라고 노래할 수 있는 사람에게는 아무 상관이 없다.
Our best portion and richest heritage we cannot lose. Whatever troubles come, let us act as men; let us show that we are not such little children as to be cast down by what may happen in this poor fleeting state of time. Our country is Immanuel's land, our hope is above the sky and therefore calm as the summer's ocean; we can see the wreck of everything earthborn and yet rejoice in the God of our salvation."
